Haitech Signing MOU with Kidsloop

Haitech and Kidsloop signed MOU (the Memorandum of Understanding) on cooperation of integrated educational solution. The Signing Ceremony is organized at Haitech, Qingdao on 9/29/2021. Mr. Han Guangda, the founding partner of Haitech, and Mr. Ren Dinan, the Chief Operating Officer of Kidsloop China attended the MOU signing ceremony.

Haitech, as an overseas technology innovation platform holding by Haier Group, is mainly engaged in the new generation of information technology and digital information technology integration solution. Haitech actively layout new business opportunities in various countries among The Belt and Road(B&R), create an industrial community ecosystem, and accumulatively provide service to more than 40 million users worldwide.

Kidsloop focuses on education, animation and technology. On the core basis of curricula, interactive platform, Badanamu animation and Big Data, by providing with high-quality contents, interactive game-featured platform and AI learning technology, Kidsloop aims to provide users with full-screen, leading interactive education solutions and make personalized, adaptive learning path for every student.

The MOU will promote mutually cooperation between Haitech and Kidsloop in hardware, platform and content. It aims at providing high quality and one-stop educational solution to the emerging market in Africa, Latin America and Southeast Asia, especially the countries under framework of The Belt and Road. This strategic cooperation is expected to benefit over 100M students. 

As the world leading adaptive learning provider, Kidsloop will work together with Haitech on the transition from hardware solutions to one-stop solutions include providing CMS, LMS, teaching contents and curriculums. Both parties are convinced that the cooperation will achieve the integration of high-quality resources and meet huge demand from emerging market.
