Full-process Quality Control


1.New product test/review:

--When assessing YH product, we found that the main product structure design was so unreasonable that it was apt to stop in case of user misoperation. Therefore, we came up with suggestions for modification and finished modification at pilot run stage. Consequently, batch market complaints were avoided. So far, no batch complaints about this product have been received for 27 months accumulatively.


2.Production process quality control:

--When tracing the pilot production process of XLH product, we found that a critical temperature parameter had large deviation and its on-line technology defect resulted in a failure rate of 1% upon product offline. We offered technology improvement suggestions and this defect was avoided during the second pilot production. No defect of such type has been found in final inspection for 27 months accumulatively.


3.Final inspection/loading supervision:

--Under the circumstance that other inspection bodies refused to receive order, we rushed to the XL (factory name) at 22:30 to inspect and provided inspection conclusion in time.


4.Quality improvement

--We made an analysis of market accident information of H (product name). Through simulation and analysis of user misoperation, we found that a certain supporting structure of the product was apt to misplace in case of user misoperation, which may lead to accident. Then we came up with suggestions on structure improvement.
