Customer demand:
A tablet PC venture demands for CTA certification for its PAD002.
Support program:
On 22 February, we received the CTA certification demand from the tablet PC venture. Since the product was in a hurry for release and participating in the bidding launched by China Telecom, we studied the existing problems of the program,estimate the necessary work as per the market target, and finally completed the rigid target as per the estimation in cooperation with the venture and the test organization.

lRapid speed: we, in communication with the certification body, have arranged the test schedule as per the market target, communicated the budget ahead of time and followed the schedule execution of the target, corrected the deviation in time, and finally realized the rigid target and got the praises from the customer.

Resource Integration
Customer demand: in March, 2012, the Overseas Department of Computer Division placed the order for certification: for the exportation of PAD into Saudi Arabia, SASO certification was required.
Beforehand achievement budget program: after confirmation of certification order, the certification engineer communicated with the purchasing manager of the Overseas Department of Computer Division, knew that the export volume was 200 pieces without subsequent orders. The goal of certification was to ensure that the Saudi Arabia admittance certification requirements were met. As per the customer demand and the Saudi Arabia certification rules, the YONGANSHUN certification engineer immediately adjusted the program and submitted it to the Computer Division: COC certification was needed instead of SASO certification, and the CE test report of this product shall be provided.
Value realization:
