Case of Second Party Audit


Background: On September 10, 2012, YONGANSHUN was asked by XX (customer name) to perform a second party audit to its domestic factory. YONGANSHUN performed a quality assurance system in accordance with Haier’s second party audit standard. The audit team successfully accomplished the audit of the first deal by making the budget beforehand, making innovation in the progress, and creating added value afterwards, with which the customer was much content. The XX (customer name) takes the report provided by YONGANSHUN as the basis of choosing the supplier, and has entrusted YONGANSHUN with subsequent second-party audit orders of all its suppliers in China. Background: In June, 2012, XX (factory name) moved from Wenzhou to Suzhou. YONGANSHUN was asked to help it perform ISO9001 audit and first system certification of ISO14001 at the same time and learn about Haier’s management experience.



Diagnosis

YONGANSHUN ascertained the requirements of XX (factory name) in detail and made an survey of it on site, knowing that as the company moved not long before, it hoped to seize the opportunity of relocation to strengthen 6S management and to go through ISO9001 audit and the first system certification of ISO14001, and to seize the opportunity of Haier’s second party audit to further improve the quality assurance system.

Through rectification of 3 months and the guidance of expert from YONGANSHUN, the site management took a brand-new look - the dirty, disorderly, and bad situation on the site has been totally changed; the double-system document has been in trial operation; the quality management system and the environmental management system have operated orderly, rather than disorderly before.

Success in certification

On December, 18, 2012, XX factory, with the consultation service from YONGANSHUN, has gone through the ISO14001 system certification and got certification certificate from CQC. The CQC experts thought that the quality assurance system of XX factory has been improved significantly and the factory has received more overseas orders afterwards.
