Haier Intelligent Transportation System
Haier Intelligent Transportation Systems (referred to as HITS )is the future development direction of the transport system. It’s a real-time, accurate, and efficient integrated transport management system, which is established through integrating of advanced data communications transmission technology, electronic sensor technology, control technology and computer technology with surface traffic management system and plays the role on a large scale and in all the respects. ITS can effectively utilize existing transportation facilities, reduce traffic load and environmental pollution, to ensure traffic safety, ease road traffic pressure and improve the efficiency of traffic.
Intelligent transportation system includes four subsystems --- traffic information collection systems, traffic monitoring systems, traffic signal control systems, traffic guidance systems; a management program, namely the congestion management program; a base module , namely GIS module. The system can perform intelligent management of traffic , including the monitoring during travelling of vehicle , smart regulation of signal lamp, pre-release of information and traffic congestion.
Transportation Information System (referred to as TIS) obtains real-time traffic information through two technologies , that is, video / image processing and recognition technology and RFID technology. Video / image processing and recognition technology is to monitor the road traffic conditions through video system. The system uses high-definition cameras to get video signals, and then converts the video signal into digital images and related data by video-streaming analyzing and processing device; RFID technology is to collect the traffic and vehicle data by RFID reading/ storage device mounted in key position and on the vehicle,; the data obtained as above is transferred to the control center for storage, which will be taken as the basic data and judgment basis of traffic monitoring system, traffic signal control system, traffic guidance system, traffic congestion management program after analysis.
Traffic Monitoring System (referred to as TMS) realizes the recording and analyzing of traffic data (including flow, density, distance between vehicles, occupancy, etc.), intelligent monitoring of speed and route, monitoring of traffic conditions at the intersection and identifying of vehicle, achieves the automatic recording of such behaviors as overspeed, illegal occupancy of lane/ lane change / retrograde motion/parking and travelling in violation of indicating of signal lamp through the recording and analyzing of real-time data and information obtained by TIS, and provide evidence by vehicle identification results.
Traffic Signal Control System (referred to as TSS)remotely monitors the working conditions and operation mode of signal machine at the intersection , comprehensively analyzes the data of real-time road status, and realizes the intelligent controlling of signal lamp, thereby improving the traffic capacity and the disposal and responding ability of management department in case of emergency, reducing vehicle congestion, and relieving the traffic pressure. of urban roads.
Transportation Guiding System(referred to as TGS) consists of the outdoor full color LED display system, front-end control system, data distribution system platform. The system can work out the route optimization program automatically by analyzing data and information of real-time traffic status, and release the information to front-end display system via distribution platform, including road status information, the possible congestion, and the proposed route optimization solution, parking signage, and transportation facilities maintenance notice, etc., which can effectively reduces traffic congestion, achieves balanced diversion, relieves traffic pressure and improve the efficiency of traffic through electronic guiding screen system .
Congestion management program provides systematic management programs for urban traffic congestion. It includes two modules: urban functional design (design of public transport, urban functional organization) and traffic management measures (ITS management, support management tools).

Electronic Election Application System
Electronic Election Application System(referred to as EEAS)is the customized Information Management System which is designed for the whole process of election campaign by using advanced data communication and transmission technology, electronic sensor technology, control technology and computer technology. It consists of three operation modules: Voter Registration System, voter verification system, electronic voting system, and three management modules: election configuration system, results summary and reporting system, data exchange system.
ThisSystem can realize whole-process information configuration of election campaign, informationized management of voter data, real-time summary of result and information release, in the meantime, the data and information is kept safe through encryption technology, to provide safe and efficient systematic solution for election campaign, and enhance the fairness, openness and impartiality of election.
Voter Registration System(referred to as VRS) is used to collect voter information.
This system integrates a variety of technological means, which can collect relevant information including basic data and biological feature, encrypt the information collected, and transmit the information to the data center for storage through physical or network means .
Voter Verification System (referred to as VVS) is used to verify the voter’s true identity at the polling station, and verify the voter’s voting qualification, It’s the starting link of the whole voting process at polling station.
This System integrates a variety of technological means, which i can identify several identity indexes including identity information, voting history, criminal records, etc through reading identity document, biological features and comparing with the voter’s information in the system for the purpose of verification and prevention of repeated and illegal voting.
Electronic voting system (referred to as EVS) is used to automatically identify and count the ballots. The ballot is pre-printed automatically according to the definition of election configuration system, and the voters who pass the verification can get ballot and fill it, the disabled people can complete this under the coordination of auxiliary equipment. Then the voters put the filled ballots into the electronic ballot box. The system can automatically identify the qualification of ballot, and the unqualified ballots will be automatically returned, the qualified ballots will be read and the data is recorded, then the data will be stored and transmitted after encryption.
